October 31, 1995, a young Japanese American boy named Johnny Civic found a deserted area of the Twin Pines Malls parking lot. upon his arrival of entering into the malls deserted section of the parking lot, Johnny turned and looked around, scoping the area for mall security before slamming his foot down on the gas pedal and winding his 1993 Acurate integra up to 28mph. Gripping an all-American hamburger in his left hand, he gripped onto the handbrake with his right hand, yanked it real hard at the same time cramming the hamburger into his mouth, smashing his foot down on the gas pulling the steering wheel hard to the right and swinging the car around. The car started skidding, and then a loud thump echoed into the cold night air, followed up by the car bouncing up into the air blowing his hamburger out of his mouth sending it exploding into the Starliner above his fitted cap just as the vehicle almost tipping over sideways came quickly to a halt blowing out the right rear tire, causing johnny to choke on a piece of the hamburger.

Turning purple in the face, johnny now covered in a remanence of a once meaty beefy all American hamburger now turned sloppy mess strewn about his car and fit couldn't breathe, johnny quickly reacting to losing air suddenly sat up and coughed hard blowing slimy chunks of beef, bread and pickle all over his driver side window before flinging open the driver sides butterfly door and stepping out into the night grasping for more air.
Shaken up by what just occurred Johnny quickly snapped back to reality and immediately discovered a speed bump in the dark parking lot, that he previously hadn't seen. Realizing he had just gone over it sideways he looked down at the skid plate hanging off the bottom of the car and started laughing just as the exhaust fell off and the rear left tire rolled off into the parking lot making a clean getaway.

Realizing what had just happened, Johhny looked over at his now smoking car just as he noticed the flashing lights of mall security off in the distance, he reached into the drivers side door and yanked out the keys fumbling with them as he pressed the Trunk lid button on his key fob. Finally managing to pop the trunk lid open, he tossed the keys into the bushes, grabbed his skateboard from the trunk of the car and proceeded to toss the board on the ground hop onto the skateboard and kick off propelling the board into a forward motion and skating off down the parking lot just as security was racing to the scene, leaving behind his past mistakes and gaining more speed with every kick push of the board. 
Its right there and then that Johnny Civic realized just how thankful he was that he had speed bearings. Without them he could have never gotten away from mall security.
